Referring to paragraph 5 of my Confidential

Despatch of the 13th. November, I have the honour to inform you

that on reconsideration I think the case of Mr. R. Gutierrez,

Sorting Clerk, will be sufficiently met by the recommendation with

regard to increases in the scales of the three highest grades of

the Grading Scheme made in my Confidential Despatch of the 22nd.

November, 1912, and that the proposal to grant this officer a personal pensionable allowance may therefore be cancelled.
